I've used this device and Dr. John's for over two decades and neither have ever let me down. I used them both again last week and I passed again. The amazing thing is that the price has been the same for 20 years. These people are the real deal. You can trust them, but you need to follow their instructions. Duracell only!

Hello There, I just came across my receipt for the new BT model and thought,this product has never failed me in the 20 years that I've used it. I really need to inform others about how dependable The Urinator has been. I have been a faithful customer since June 2006 and ... I would say I have had 25 random... screens successfully passed thanks to "The Urinator". I can tell you that it has been my only resource since day one! In those 20 years I believe this BT makes the fourth kit, so they do last when care is taken. Hands down this is the only product I trust and use.Please personally thank your team you for helping me stay employed for the last 20 years!

I've been using The Urinator with Dr. John's synthetic for years and it has never let me down. The only down-side is how bulky it is with the batteries, urine bag, heat pad, wires, and cloth wrapping. It's equivalent to hiding an unyielding cheeseburger in your pants. I taped it to the back of my leg just below the knee and wore baggy pants. Highly recommend.

This is a GREAT product. The only thing i would change is... you need to be able to clean it out. I want to be able to reuse it.

< Reply: Thanks Ed - if you use our synthetic urine, you won't need to. If you're using someone's pee, then simply refill with clean, very warm water after use and drain as normal to clean. Always flush out with very warm water before each use. Hope that helps.

This thing is a life saver. I don't think I would ever get it wrapped back up the way it is supposed to be if it wasn't for the video. It was easy to stash and use. I'll be buying more synthetic bullets from you soon. I am confused about all these websites.

I ordered this for a test I had for pre employment. It kept the sample at the perfect temp. I had it in the warmer for about an hour and when i needed to supply my sample to the collector it was perfect. I think they say it can go up to 4 hours on a single set of batteries. The ONLY thing you need to make sure of is that its not visible in you pants. Its a bit on the larger side so I had to wear a pair of jeans that was a looser fit so I had room. Other than that it is 100 percent worth every penny

I have tried for years to find something this and it's been around the entire time. I have truly random UA's per my job. With a little prep and a few precautions before I show my face and I'm golden for at least 12 hours. I invested in the Bluetooth model and due to some technical difficulties it didn't work 🥴 but with their very supportive and knowledgeable support combined with great customer service, I had a new unit within 48 hours and it worked great thanks Urinator 😊

Never realized how much stuff is out there, lots of snake oil salesmen even on line. Read and read to educate myself on what would actually work. They all say they do, but who would admit their stuff is BS? I looked at the history of companies....reviews...guarantees...etc. So urinator.com is I ended up and you all did not disappoint. A friend told me about this thing. He swore by it, so I got one. Felt odd when I put it on, but got used to it. Needless to say, I passed. Owe my buddy a beer....he didn't steer me wrong. Keep up the good work!!

Finally found the right website...urinator.com. Got my "kit" as they call it. Set it up...and used the Duracell batteries...they say only ones that work it right. Passed with flying colors. Thanks guys...I'm hooked!!

I bought the Bluetooth version and I got to tell you I've never been more relaxed going to a test this thing is everything it says it is no worries about the temperature whatsoever worked flawlessly thank you

This product is hands down the absolute best thing I ever came across! I can't imagine ever taking another test without this device. I got a very high paying job now. This product also allows you to feel so confident when you walk into a lab or clinic to test.

Side note: I used real urine in mine and works great as well.

I can't say enough good things about this product. Colleen was amazing to work with and helped talk me through the steps. In addition she made me feel CALM! No question was too crazy and her kindness and patience would make me do business with her again and again. I used someone elses urine and passed after having the urine in the urinator for an hour plus! I can't recommend this product enough!

I just purchased my 2nd device in 14 yrs. I use several times a year and it has never failed me!! Don't get cheap with your batteries...when they say DURACELL...they mean it...I learned the hard way...my bad. Hope you all never leave us devoted users...you keep those of us that actually want to work, keep working!! Kudos to Colleen, she is the best!

FEMALE USER!!!!! Product held up to its claims! I used real urine, was holding onto it for 3 1/2 hours and passed the temperature check with no issues. Was able to land my dream job and put my degrees to work!

Almost lost a chance at a 70k job because I was being cheap and just put hand warmer around a bottle. The temp was all off they wanted me to retest. Luckily the company have me another chance and I overnighted this unit. Worked perfectly after an hour of waiting in the lobby. Best money I've spent in a while. I look at it as investment in myself. Stop being cheap and buy it. You can use it multiple times.

Excellent product works 100% if you follow the directions i.e no more than 85ml/cc of liquid, use new Duracell batteries. Lasts 4 hours as advertised. Recommendation for the manufacturer, improve cap for ease of removal/replacement and improve quality of stitching on velcro, mine started falling apart after practicing with unit after only 3 days... otherwise no complaints.

I have to be one of the longest users of the Urinator, ~Feb1999. I have used it literally 150 times with not one issue or outcome other than pass. It is the only option in my mind. I have to add 10ml of h20 above the prescribed amount to meet the volume requirement of particular lab I visit. Their "fill to here" line must be slightly higher than most. A Wonderful life changing package $$$ I have spent so many thousands of dollars on Durracel you wouldnt believe me if I told you. For 9 yrs I had to have it on me (weekdays), running, at all times.it was worth every copper top penny!$$$ Start with warm water(115°F) save/extend batteries. And for goodness sake, practice practice, practice. Anticipate scenario that may arise during the process that may disrupt testing and prepare Incase things don't go as planned. Did I mention practice? Don't skimp out on the duracells. Follow directions! practice!

Listen !! I use my urinator twice a month since 2018 and it has NEVER failed me EVER !! This hands down is the greatest invention when it comes to passing test . I bought a back up just in case and never needed it i will say one time the wire broke on the part it holds the 9 volt battery but hell ive been using this thing twice a month for 3 years what do u expect i just soldered a new one on and been perfect ever since . I swear this thing is unbelievable!! Theres not high enough star rating for me to click to recommend this urinator IT WORKS!!!!

I should have written a glowing testimonial years ago when I used the Urinator for the first time. It worked perfectly. My job as a contractor has me taking employment screens at each new company I work for. I have used it at least 6 or 7 times and never had a problem. In fact, I am using it today! I do not leave product reviews but this thing is awesome, it helped me get a 200k per year job by passing the pre-employment screen. I used real urine but the urinator and 2 9volt batteries kept the proper temperature and allowed me to breeze through the test. I bought a pair of underwear that has a secret pocket in the front and I cut a small hole to allow the hose to fit through.
I was super nervous waiting for the test and I went to my car twice to make sure the temperature was correct (I didn't need to check, the temperature was fine).
When it was time to collect the sample I went in, took out the tube and filled the cup. The technician confirmed the temperature was correct and I was on my way. Incredible product and worth every penny!

I’ve owned my urinator for over 10 yrs and have even bought it as gifts for friends. I’ve passed every test and couldn’t be happier. I bought the urinator for a pre-employment screen for a healthcare professional position. The device is very easy to use with some practice. I was worried about the the synthetic urine being detected by the lab, but it the product pulled through and now I have a great full time job. I highly recommend using this device because it is guaranteed to make you pass, whether the same is tested on site or at a laboratory, it will work! This product saved me from unemployment and I couldn’t recommend it more, cough up the extra dime for it because you’ll look back and wish you did.

Listen im telling you first hand no bs the urinator is absolutely the best thing on the market period your talking to someone who takes a test twice a month and for 3 yrs now an not 1 single time has it failed me my urine is always 92-96 degrees i do recommend duracell 9 volts just stop over thinking the shit and order one i fuckin promise it works !!!! Im telling yall ive tried EVERYTHING under the sun and absolutely NOTHING works the urinator i swear i was skeptical at first but litterly for years now it has never once let me down ever it’s insane i recommend it to everyone!!! My only wish is it came with a quick relase for the liquid instead of having to unscrew a cap one time i ped the damn cap in the toilet thank god he didn’t hear it i just played it cool and flushed it lol and orderd more

This may have been the best investment I have ever made. I have used this previously on non "lab" "genetic testing" that just uses the cup and passed with no issues using Dr John's synthetic pee. But yesterday this thing really impressed me and helped me land what I am hoping is my forever job! Dr. John's synthetic pee held up to a lab test and I passed with flying colors! Thank you for a great product that actually works!!!

Works for me every time

I am writing this review to let pole know about this great device. I have had mine for 18 years with absolutely no problems. I have never fail a test r even been questioned about the sample given to the test site. My brother told me about the Urinator,he as had his a couple years longer than me and has had the same results. I hope this review helps.

I have been using my machine over a decade now. The only issues I've ever had was using fake piss I bought out of a head shop {2 times} instead of using the urinators synthetic piss. Thankyou urinator for years of success. P.S. Fuck the MAN & his piss test!!!!!!!!

Needed a test to get a job. Passed, no problem using Dr. John's Synthetic Urine and Urinator. Normal pre-employment "genetic testing" will/did not detect the synthetic nature of Dr. John's as of August 2020. Lastly, you are taking a HUGE risk if you dilute or adulterate urine. They can detect that and then you will get a much more rigorous test. Best purchase of the year!

Temperature is key!! Failed with a different device, won't mention any names, but temp was off. Wasn't sure it would be ant different with the Urinator, but was worth a try. Thrilled to say it was different….I finally passed and will always be a dedicated customer.

My friend recommended getting a Urinator. I still wasn't sure, so I called and spoke with Colleen. She explained how it worked and when I got it in the mail I still had questions. I called her again and she talked me through everything. She was great at keeping me calm and helped me set it up.
